PAYMENTS & REFUND POLICY
The service shall not be delivered to the User unless the User makes the payment towards the purchase of such service. In making available any of the payment methods on the Website and/or the Mobile App, the Company will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly because of:
Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
Exceeding the preset limit offered by participating banks, or
Any payment failure arising out of the transaction, or
Decline of transaction for any other reason/s
The Company endeavours to provide the services to the best of its ability and provide quality so that the User has no complaints.
The User understands and acknowledges that the refund, whether partial or in full, towards any product on the Website or Mobile App shall be at the sole option of the Company, subject to the terms hereunder.
In respect of any service, that has been purchased by the User from the Website, refund terms are governed by the 'Terms & Conditons' as stated on each payment invoice. By making a payment the User has agreed to those 'Terms & Conditons'. Those terms are final and binding.

The User understands and acknowledges that the Company shall not responsible for any loss, damage or expense incurred by the User in the event of any delay in delivery of services. Even though the Company shall endeavour to and make all efforts to ensure timely delivery of services, the Company is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to reasons that are beyond the control of the Company.
